| 摘 要： | 为了揭示中药渣堆肥浸提液对兰州百合组织培养的影响,在1/2 MS培养基中分别加入不同量的中药渣堆肥水提液或醇提液,观察兰州百合的诱导、分化及生根情况的变化。结果表明:中药渣堆肥水浸提液或醇浸提液均能提高兰州百合的诱导、分化及生根的能力,且以1/2 MS+3.0 mL/L堆肥水浸提液效果最好。

| Abstract: | In order to elucidate the effect of compost teas from Traditional Chinese Medicine waste on tissue culture of Lilium davidii var.Unicolor,1/2 MS medium was used as basic medium supplemented with different amounts of aquatic extract or ethyl alcohol extract to evaluate its effect on the callus induction,differentiation and rooting rate of Lilium davidii var.Unicolor.The results showed that the induction,differentiation and rooting rate of Lilium davidii var.Unicolor increased by both compost extracts,while using 1/2 MS+3.0 mL/L aquatic extract,the promoting effect was better than that of ethyl alcohol extract. |
