烟草青枯病田间防治药剂的筛选

为了探索防治烟草青枯病的最佳杀菌剂,对72%农用硫酸链霉素WP 4 000倍液、0.1×108cfu/g多粘类芽孢杆菌FG 600倍液、特效灭萎灵TM 500倍液3种杀菌剂进行田间防治试验,结果表明:多粘类芽孢杆菌FG防治效果较好,具有延迟病害发生的作用,采收后期相对防效为18.05%,整个生育期防治成本为3元/处理;其次为特效灭萎灵TM,采收后期相对防效为13.51%;72%农用硫酸链霉素WP防治效果较差,采收后期相对防效为6.09%。结合防治效果及成本考虑,多粘类芽孢杆菌FG具有较好的推广应用前景。

Screening of Control Medicaments against Tobacco Bacterial Wilt in the Field

In order to find the optimal bactericides against tobacco bacterial wilt,the field control tests were conducted to three bactericides including 4 000-fold of 72% streptomycin sulfate WP solution,600-fold of 0.1×108 cfu/g of Paenibacillus polymyxa FG solution and 500-fold of Texiaomiejunling TM solution.The results showed that Paenibacillus polymyxa FG had the best control effect and had the effect of delaying the occurrence of disease,its relative control effect in late harvest period was 18.05%,the cost of control in entire growth period was 3 yuan/treatment;the control effect of Texiaomiejunling TM was good,its relative control effect was 13.51%;the control effect of 72% streptomycin sulfate WP was the worse,its relative control effect was 6.09%.Combining consideration of control effect and cost,Paenibacillus polymyxa FG has great prospects for popularization and application.
