衡阳县烟草花叶病病毒种类调查及其防治药剂筛选

采集感染了烟草花叶病的烟叶进行分子生物学检测,发现衡阳县烟草病毒病主要是PVY、CMV、TMV三种病毒的复合侵染。采用5种烟草花叶病的防治药剂进行田间药效试验,结果表明:在烟草病毒病初发期开始喷药,每隔10天连续喷施3次,20%盐酸吗啉胍.乙酸铜WP对烟草花叶病的防治效果高达56.79%,且增产效果达35%;2.2%辛菌.三十烷醇、RNAi制剂和光合细菌菌剂平均防效分别为43.74%、41.01%和36.68%;0.5%氨基寡糖素的防效最差,平均防效为30.04%,仅增产5%。

Investigation of Virus Types of Tobacco Mosaic Virus Disease in Hengyang County and Screening of Its Control Medicament

A molecular biological test was conducted to test collected tobacco leaves which infected tobacco mosaic virus disease,and it found that the tobacco mosaic virus disease in Hengyang County was complex infection of PVY,CMV and TMV.Five control medicaments for tobacco mosaic virus disease were used to conduct field trial,and the results showed that spraying medicament at initial period of tobacco mosaic virus disease every 10 d for three times,20% hydrochloric acid copper moroxydine WP had significant control efficacy against tobacco mosaic virus disease(56.79%),and had the most obvious yield increasing effect(35%);the average control efficacy of 2.2% phoxim methyl sulfur bacteria triacontanol,RNAi preparation and Photosynthetic bacterium was 43.74%,41.01% and 36.68%,respectively;the control efficacy of amino oligosaccharide was the worst,the average control efficacy was 30.4%,and the yield only increased by 5%.
