甘肃省国家级公益林现状研究

按照甘肃省公益林所处的5个生态区位(江河源头区、江河两岸区、森林和陆生野生动物类型的国家级自然保护区、重要水库区、荒漠化和水土流失严重地区),分别阐述各生态区公益林的资源分布、林地类型、树种组成和生态功能。以此为基础,对全省的公益林进行了综合评价。结果表明,全省国家级公益林面积为673.36万hm2,占森林总面积的68.63%,表现出了"相对数量较多,绝对数量偏少"的特点;灌木林占公益林总面积的49.15%,占公益林的主体地位。要采用3S技术等现代科技手段进行资源的监测与管理,开展公益林组成、结构与功能的调整与科学经营,实现公益林的稳定性和可持续性。

Study on Current Situation of National Public Welfare Forest in Gansu Province

The resources distribution,forest land types,composition of tree species and ecological function of public welfare forest in different ecological areas were expounded respectively in this paper according to the five important ecological niches in Gansu province,including the niches of the source of rivers,two banks of rivers,National Nature Reserve for protecting forest and terricolous wild animals,important reservoir areas,and the areas with desertification and heavy loss of soil ＆ water.Based on the above discussions,a comprehensive evaluation has been made on public welfare forest in Gansu province.The results showed that the area of national public welfare forest in Gansu was 673.36×104 hm2,which accounted for 68.63% of the whole forests in Gansu,and presented the features of high relative quantity and low absolute quantity;shrub forest accounted for 49.15% of the total area of public welfare forest,and occupied the dominant position of public welfare forest.The modern scientific means such as ＂3S＂ technologies of RS,GIS and GPS and so on should be adopted to survey and manage,to adjust composition,structure ＆ function of public welfare forest and to carry out scientific management,and to realize its stability and sustainable development public welfare forest.
