藤茶植株叶果与组培物中二氢杨梅素含量的比较研究

摘    要:为比较藤茶经组织培养后不同组织中二氢杨梅素的含量,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定藤茶叶片、果实、悬浮培养液、嫩叶、愈伤组织、老叶中二氢杨梅素的含量。结果表明:嫩叶、叶片、老叶、果实、愈伤组织、悬浮培养液中二氢杨梅素的含量分别为:25.528%、13.709%、13.337%、6.255%、11.616%、0.829%。愈伤组织中二氢杨梅素含量与叶片接近,悬浮液中含量最低,可以尝试运用愈伤组织培养法生产二氢杨梅素。

Abstract:In order to compare the contents of dihydromyricetin in leaf,fruit and tissue culture objects of Ampelopsis grossedentata,the content of dihydromyricetin in immaturate leaf,mature leaf,post-mature leaf,fruit,suspension cultures,callus of Ampelopsis grossedentata were determined by HPLC.The results showed that the contents of dihydromyricetin in immaturate leaf,mature leaf,post-mature leaf,fruit,suspension culture solution,callus of Ampelopsis grossedentata were 25.528%,13.709%,13.337%,6.255%,0.829% and 11.616%,respectively.The content of dihydromyricetin in mature leaf was similar to that in callus,and the content of dihydromyricetin in suspension culture solution was the lowest.It is a try to produce dihydromyricetin through callus culture method in future.
