| 摘 要： | 从财政对农业产业化支持的视角出发,在实地调研的基础上对河南省现行财政支农存在的问题进行了系统的分析,并提出财政支持农业产业化发展的新思路:发展龙头产业、支持科技创新、实行财政贴息和加大对社会化服务的支持力度。

| Abstract: | From the view of fiscal supporting agricultural industrialization,the existing problems in present finance of Henan Province were analyzed based on field investigation.Moreover,the new ideas for fiscal supporting development of agricultural industrialization were proposed as follows: developing dominant industry,supporting scientific and technological innovation,implementing financial discount and strengthening supporting level for social services. |
