| 摘 要： | 西门塔尔牛具有产肉性能好、产奶量高的兼用型特点,深受世界各国育种学者和养殖者喜爱,现已成为世界上分布最广、数量最多的乳、肉、役兼用品种之一。本文结合现代育种理念和新型育种手段对西门塔尔牛在世界各国的育种进展,以及在中国的应用方向进行了阐述。
