摘    要:通过形态学、生物测定、mtDNA COI基因分子标记和分子生态学研究,证实了近年在我国广大地区发生的B型烟粉虱为外来入侵生物,探讨了爆发成灾机理,明确了基础生物学特性和发生规律,提出了以隔离、净苗、诱捕、寄生和调控为核心的IPP控制技术体系,应用结果综合效益显著。

Abstract:The morphology, biology and molecular method were used to identify a new outbreak whitefly, which has occurred in China since mid-1990s. Which showed that all the populations collected from five places were invasive B - bio-type Bemisia tabaci. This paper summarized the occurrence, basic biological characteristic and key control techniques of the insect pest, and its outbreak mechanism was also discussed. Based on the principle of integrated production and protection (IPP) , the management strategy was outlined as screening, cleaning, trapping, parasitizing and regulating. Under this IPP technical system, the vegetable yield could increase 20 % and the applied insecticides could decrease up to 70 %. Therefore significant economic, biological and social benefits were gained.
