不同水稻品种同工酶的研究及在不同条件下活力的变化

摘    要:通过电泳方法分析协优46和协忧63两种杂交水稻间酯酶同工酶差异。采用高温、不同的相对湿度对协优46和协忧63进行处理,并与处理前的种子活力进行比较,以研究影响种子活力的因素。结果表明,协优46和协忧63种胚的酯酶同工酶差异明显且稳定。经过高温、高湿处理的种子活力明显下降,并随着处理时间与相对湿度的增加,下降趋势越明显,说明温度和相对湿度是影响种子活力的重要因素。

Abstract:Through using the method of electrophoresis to analysis the difference of esterase isoenzyme between xieyou 46 and xieyou 63,and compared with untreated rice seeds. The factors of affecting rice seed vigor were studied. The results showed the difference of esterase isoenzyme between two rice seed embryo was obviously. Treated seeds vigor was obviously decreased, and was decreased more obviously with the increase of the treatment time and relative humidities. It explained that temperature and relative humidities were two important factors of seed vigor.
