四川辣椒疫霉菌生物学特性和辣椒抗霉疫病性鉴定方法初探

摘    要: 对四川辣椒疫霉菌的生物学特性以及辣椒室内叶片抗性鉴定和田间抗性鉴定的方法进行研究。结果表明,辣椒疫霉菌菌丝生长的最适温度24~30℃,在CAA培养基上生长的菌丝产生游动孢子囊数量最高,光照与黑暗交替培养能提高游动孢子囊数量。通过5种抗性鉴定方法的比较,表明灌根法最接近田间自然发病,室内叶片鉴定与田间灌根法鉴定结果吻合率在72.61%。

Abstract:Optimum temperature of Phytophthora capsici was 24~30℃ for mycelia development. The mycelia grown on CAA medium produced more zoosporangia than on other media. By incubation in illumination for 14h and darkness 10h ,the number of zoo sporangia increased compared with that of in darkness. By comparison of five methods for disease resistance identification, the drench method with suspension of zoosporangia and zoospores was much closed to natural occurrence of Phytophthora capsici in the field, similar to leave appraisal in vitro.
