| 摘 要： | 通过组织分离和致病性测定，并根据培养特性、染色和厌氧反应，确定了香椿插穗腐烂病的病原细菌和欧氏杆菌属（Ｅｒｗｉｎｉａ）和黄单胞杆菌属（Ｘａｎｔｈｏｍｏｎａｓ）的某此种；病原真菌有交链孢（Ａｌｔｅｒｎａｒｉａ ｓｐ．）、镰刀菌（Ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍ ｓｐ．）、地霉（Ｇｅｏｔｒｉｃｈｕｍ ｓｐ．）、假丝酵母（Ｃａｎｄｉｄａ ｓｐ．）和色串孢（Ｔｏｕｒｌａ ｓｐ．）。上述病菌均能引起香椿插穗腐烂，其中细菌占

| Abstract: | By tissue isolation and test of pathogenicity, culture character, dying and anaerobic culture. it identified that pathogenic bacteria of the cuttings rot ofChinese mahogany are species of Erwinia and Xanthomonas, pathogenic fungiinclude Alternaria sp., Fusarium sp., Geotrichum sp., Candida sp. and Torula sp.,These pathogens are all able to cause cutting of Chinese mahogany to'rot, inwhich the proportion of bacteria is larger and their damages are more serous. |
