摘    要:本文综述了乳铁蛋白的结构、性质,并从粒细胞呼吸爆发活性、噬菌细胞活性、过氧化物酶、细胞毒素和血清溶解酵素等方面讨论了乳铁蛋白对鱼类非特异性免疫水平的增强作用,初步讨论了乳铁蛋白在水产养殖上的研究及应用前景。

Abstract:The structures and characteristics of lactoferrin were analyzed.The effects of lactoferrin on non-specific immune responses of fish,such as enhancing the respiratory burst activity and phagocytic activity,heightening the serum peroxidase content and natural cytotoxic activity were reviwed.The application and prospect of lactoferrin in aquiculture were also discussed.
