非遗传因素对多胎细毛羊初生重和断奶重的影响

本研究旨在分析影响多胎细毛羊出生重和断奶重的因素,为优质多产细毛羊的选育奠定基础。利用SPSS19.0软件对多胎细毛羊羔羊的初生重和断奶重进行了描述性统计分析,并利用SAS9.2软件的GLM(最小二乘方差分析)程序对新疆科创畜牧繁育中心2009—2019年多胎细毛羊1567条产羔记录分析出生年份、出生月份、性别和母羊年龄等非遗传因素对羔羊初生重和断奶重的影响。结果:出生年份和性别对羔羊初生重和断奶重有极显著影响(P<0.01),出生月份和母羊年龄对羔羊初生重和断奶重没有显著影响(P>0.05);出生在2017年和2019年初生重无显著差异(P>0.05),但均显著低于其他年份,出生在2014年的羔羊断奶重最大,显著大于其他年份(P<0.05)。研究结果为今后遗传参数和育种值估计提供科学依据,为提高多胎细毛羊的生产性能,培育优质的多胎细毛羊奠定基础。

Effects of non-genetic factors on birth weight and weaning weight of multiparous fine wool sheep

This study was to analyze the factors that affected the birth weight and weaning weight of multiparous fine wool sheep so as to improve their production performance and to lay a foundation for breeding high-quality this breed of sheep.SPSS19.0 was used to statistically describe the birth weight and weaning weight of the studied lambs.1567 lamb birth records of Xinjiang Kechuang Animal Husbandry Breeding Center from 2009 to 2019 years were analyzed by the GLM(least-squares analysis of variance)program of the SAS9.2 software to identify the effects of non-genetic factors,such as year of birth,month of birth,sex,and the age of dams,on the birth weight and weaning weight of lambs.The results showed that the birth year and sex had very significant effect on the birth weight and weaning weight of the lambs(P<0.01),but the month of birth and the age of dams had no significant effect(P>0.05).No significant difference in the birth weight was observed between the birth years of 2017 and 2019(P>0.05).However,the effect was significantly lower in these years than in the other years.The weaning weight of the lambs born in 2014 was the highest,and significantly higher than in the other years(P<0.05).This study provided a scientific basis for estimation of genetic parameters and breeding values of multiparous fine wool sheep,and offered a theoretical basis for improving the production and breeding high quality these sheep in the future.
