摘    要:应用石蜡切片法,对不同种及品种的甘蔗,在个体发育不同阶段的叶片进行解剖处理和观察比较,发现在甘蔗叶片内,两个大型维管束之间,依次间插排列着小型和中型维管束。两个大型维管束之间的距离是随叶位上升而逐渐加大;它们之间的中、小型维管束和具有叶绿体的维管束鞘细胞的数目也是随着叶位上升而逐渐增加;维管束鞘细胞的横剖面积也有这种增加的趋势。变量分析表明:它们之间的维管束鞘细胞的横剖面积,在不同叶层之间,差异是极显著的;在不同种和品种之间,差异是显著的,有性杂交育成的生产栽培品种闽糖70/61的束鞘细胞横剖面积显著大于热带种黑车里本的和割手密、伊里安野生种的。


COMPARATIVE STUDIES ON THE AREA OF THE PHOTOSYNTHETIC MEMBRANES IN SUGARCANE Ⅲ.STUDIES ON THE LEAF BUNDLE SHEATH CELLS OF SUGARCANE
Abstract:By means of routine paraffin sectioning,the leaf bundle sheath cells in the different species or varieties of sugarcane ontogeny were investigated. The sugarcane of 3 species and 3 varieties,namely,wild species Saccharum spontaneum L.,Saccharum robustum Brande & Jesw;old cultivated variety Black Cheribon (Saccharum officinarum L.)and commercial varieties NCo.310,Min-xuan 703 and Min-tang 70/611 were employed. Types of some small size and medium size vascular bundles between two large size vascular bundles were found,Small size together with medium size vascular bundles were respectively well arranged in rank.As a rule,the distance between two large size vascular bundles gradually increased according to the leaf rank,i.e,from the lower to the upper leaves.The number of the small size and medium size vascular bundles also increased and the cross-sections of the bundle sheath cells showed appreciable increase in areas.An analysis of variance indicated the most significant difference was observed among the cross-section areas of the bundle sheath cells between two large size vascular bundles in different leaf layers.Whereas there was significant difference among the above mentioned different species and varieties,the commercial variety Min-tang70/611 is larger than the original cultivated variety Black Saccharum officinarum L.) and the wild species Saccharura spontaneum L.and Saccharum robustum Brande & Jesw.
