| 摘 要： | 在利用T-DNA插入，大规模产生突变体的工作中，通常将一定数量的T1代植株混合收获，建立T2代种子池，然后以池为单位进行突变体筛选。本文提出了在一定概率保证下，确定突变体筛选所需的最小样本容量(种子数量)的方法，以期能够既不遗漏突变体，又不浪费人力物力。
