摘    要:采用正交试验设计,对影响杉木优良无性系扦插生根能力的苗床基质、圃地管理、时间以及穗条的起源、处理和长度等因素进行系统的研究。结果表明:在冬春之季进行杉木优良无性系扦插繁殖,选择长度为5.1-7.0 cm且带有顶芽的穗条经生长素处理,在河沙的插床上培育2个月以加快穗条愈伤组织形成后,将插穗移植到黄心土(80%)+火烧土(20%)为基质的苗床内,可大大提高杉木优良无性系的生根能力。在插穗培育过程应注意保水保温,同时对筛选出的杉木插穗关键技术进行了组装配套。

Abstract:By orthogonal experiment,a systematic study was conducted on the factors which affected the rooting ability of superior Chinese fir clone cutting,including the material of nursery bed,the nursery cultivation and management,the origin,treatment and length of the cutting,time,and so on.The results are as follows: vegetative propagation of superior Chinese fir clone cutting should be done during winter and spring.The cutting with bearing apical bud,with length of 5.1-7.0 cm,should be treated by auxin and planted in the river sand in order to accelerate the formation of callosity.After two months,the cuttings should be transplanted into the nursery with 80% yellow soil and 20% burning dust so that the rooting ability of superior Chinese fir clone cutting can be enhanced greatly.During the cultivation,close attention should be paid to molding moisture and keeping warmth.
