摘    要:高地隙轮式喷雾机在西北与东北有广泛的农业经济市场,结合高地隙轮式喷雾机的工作特点与闭式液压系统的优势,制定合理的工作参数,设计符合要求的液压系统。运用AMESim软件模型创建闭式液压传动系统,并根据设计选型的液压元器件数据进行仿真分析。根据分析结果对样机进行优化升级,并进行验证试验。试验结果表明,设计的闭式液压传动系统满足高地隙轮式喷雾机实际工况的使用要求,为农业机械智能化控制改造提供可靠的试验平台。

Abstract:The high gap wheel sprayer has a wide range of agricultural economic market in northwest and northeast of China.In combination with working characteristics of high gap wheel sprayer and advantages of closed hydraulic system, reasonable working parameters were formulated and hydraulic system was designed to meet requirements.AMESim software model was used to build closed hydraulic transmission system, and simulation analysis was carried out according to data of hydraulic components.According to analysis results, prototype was optimized and upgraded, and verification test was carried out.Test results showed that designed closed hydraulic transmission system met actual working requirements of high gap wheel sprayer and provided a stable experimental platform for intelligent control of agricultural machinery.
