| 摘 要： | 作为一种新型的资源管理型渔业生产方式，海洋牧场既能综合运用资源优势，推进一二三产业融合发展，为传统渔民的转产转业提供良好契机，又能保护生态资源，是探索渔业转型发展的新路径。研究了海洋牧场发展在渔业转型和传统渔民角色升级中的作用，在发展海洋牧场背景下，为传统渔民实现角色转换提出对策和建议。

Promoting Role of Marine Ranching Development in Fishery Transformation and Role Upgrading of Traditional Fishermen |

| Abstract: | As a new resource management fishery production mode, marine ranching can not only comprehensively utilize resource advantages, promote integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, provide a good opportunity for traditional fishermen to change their industries, but also protect ecological resources, which is a new path to explore transformation and development of fisheries． Role of marine ranching development in fishery transformation and role upgrading of traditional fishermen was studied． Under background of developing marine ranching, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for traditional fishermen to realize role transformation． |
