| 摘 要： | 全国农业专业合作社发展迅速，已成为重要的新型农业经营主体和现代农业建设的中坚力量。海阳市按照山东省打造乡村振兴的“齐鲁样板”要求，以实现现代化农业合作社管理为切入点，以农业产业结构调整和产业振兴为突破口，大力发展特色农业种植业，专业合作社的开展也出现新态势。以海阳市种植专业合作社的发展和运营模式为主要调研内容，通过实地考察和发放问卷，收集第一手资料进行实证分析，针对专业合作社发展及其运营模式出现的问题，提出了一些措施建议，以期为实现合作社的良性发展提供理论参考。

Operation Mode and Development Suggestions of Planting Specialized Cooperatives in Haiyang City |

| Abstract: | With rapid development of agricultural specialized cooperatives in China, they have become new significant agriculture operators and backbone of modern agriculture construction．According to requirements of "Qilu Model" for rural revitalization in Shandong Province, Haiyang City takes realization of modern agricultural cooperative management as starting point, and takes adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and industrial revitalization as breakthrough point to vigorously develop characteristic agricultural planting industry．Development of professional cooperatives also shows a new trend．Development and operation mode of cultivation of professional cooperatives in Haiyang City were studied through field investigation and questionnaires, collecting first-hand information on empirical analysis．Some suggestions have been put forward to offer theoretical references to realize harmonious development of cooperatives． |
