黄金榕枝干物理力学特性参数研究

摘    要:为给黄金榕切割机构设计提供一定的理论依据及建立黄金榕有限元力学模型,需要研究黄金榕力学性能参数。以黄金榕枝干为试验材料,测量其含水率,并对其进行径向压缩、轴向压缩、三点抗弯和抗剪试验。结果表明:枝干稍部、上部和中部的径向平均抗压弹性模量依次为65.27、80.01和118.30 MPa;枝干轴向平均抗压弹性模量依次为20.64、22.78和26.72 MPa;枝干平均抗弯弹性模量依次为120.10、180.34和221.56 MPa;枝干中部最小抗剪强度为5.60 MPa,最大抗剪强度为16.95 MPa。研究发现,同一部位的枝干所能承受的最大载荷随含水率增加而减小,因此在设计绿篱机时可增设洒水装置,或在黄金榕具有一定湿度时进行修剪。

Physical and Mechanical Property Parameters of Ficus microcarpa 'Golden Leaves'

Abstract:In order to provide some theoretical basis for design of cutting mechanism of Ficus microcarpa 'Golden Leaves' and establish finite element mechanical model of Ficus microcarpa 'Golden Leaves', it is necessary to study mechanical properties of Ficus microcarpa 'Golden Leaves'Ficus microcarpa 'Golden Leaves' was used as experimental material to measure its moisture content, and radial compression, axial compression, three-point bending and shear tests were carried out.Results showed that average radial compressive elastic modulus of treetop part, upper part and middle part were 65.27, 80.01 and 118.30 MPa, respectively.Average axial compressive elasticity modulus were 20.64, 22.78 and 26.72 MPa, respectively.Average flexural elasticity modulus were 120.10, 180.34 and 221.56 MPa, respectively.Minimum shear strength of middle part was 5.60 MPa and maximum was 16.95 MPa.It was found that the maximum load of branches in the same position decreased with increase of water content, so sprinklers could be added to design of hedgerows or pruned when there was a certain humidity of Ficus microcarpa 'Golden Leaves'.
