摘    要:目前国内食用菌袋栽液体接种只有人工和半自动机型,生产效率低、接种量精度差、污染率高,不能达到食用菌袋栽规模工厂化生产要求。根据食用菌袋栽液体接种生产技术要求,对食用菌液体接种的自动运输、定位接种、检测等自动化连续作业进行研发设计,分析柔性接种定位难、接种量不均匀、污染率高等问题,提出了规模化生产食用菌袋栽液体接种机研发设计方案,可极大提高接种质量和生产效率,促进我国食用菌行业的转型升级与可持续发展。

Development of Liquid Inoculum Machine for Bagged Cultivation of Edible Fungi

Abstract:At present, domestic liquid inoculator of edible fungus bag planting has only manual and semi-automatic models, with low production efficiency, poor accuracy of inoculum and high pollution rate, which can not meet requirements of large-scale factory production of edible fungus bag planting. According to technical requirements for production of liquid inoculation of edible fungi in bags, research and development of automatic continuous operations such as automatic transportation, positioning inoculation and detection of liquid inoculation of edible fungi were carried out. Problems of difficult location of flexible inoculation, uneven inoculation amount, high pollution rate were analyzwd. R & D design scheme of large-scale production of edible fungus bag planting liquid inoculum machine was put forward. It could greatly improve inoculation quality and production efficiency, and promote transformation, upgrading and sustainable development of China's edible fungus industry.
