| 摘 要： | “新型城镇化-农业现代化”协调发展对于我国改变城乡二元结构、提高发展质量具有重要意义。对新型城镇化和农业现代化的含义进行了梳理，基于耦合协调领域的研究成果，分析新型城镇化与农业现代化的耦合机理，构建评估体系和耦合度模型，提出二者协调发展的对策，包括提高城镇化发展质量、加大财政投入和引入市场机制。

Coupling and Coordination Mechanism of New Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization |

| Abstract: | Coordinated development of "new urbanization and agricultural modernization" is of great significance for China to change urban-rural dual structure and improve quality of development． Meaning of new urbanization and agricultural modernization was summarized． Based on research results in the field of coupling and coordination, coupling mechanism of new urbanization and agricultural modernization was analyzed． Evaluation system and coupling degree model were structured． Countermeasures for coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization were put forward, which including improving quality of urbanization development, increasing financial input and introducing market mechanism． |
