食用菌农药残留含量检测方法及试验

摘    要:为保证我国食用菌质量安全,提出食用菌农药残留含量检测方法。在食品安全国家标准制度下,分析食用菌农药残留情况,获取农药残留含量限制指标。在气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法及其他检测方法中选取气相色谱法,对食用菌样品中农药残留含量进行检测。分析样品中农药残留含量可知,农药的来源对于减少食用菌产品农药残留含量非常必要,并且所提方法进行食用菌农药残留含量检测的精度较高,严格控制农药残留可有效提升食用菌产品安全性。

Determination Method and Test of Pesticide Residues in Edible Fungi

Abstract:In order to ensure quality and safety of edible fungi in China, a method for determination of pesticide residues in edible fungi was proposed.Under the national standard system for food safety, pesticide residues in edible fungi was analyzed, pesticide residue content limit indicators were obtained.Among gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and other detection methods, gas chromatography was selected to detect pesticide residues in edible fungi samples.By analyzing pesticide residue content in the samples, it could be seen that source of pesticides was very necessary to reduce pesticide residue content of edible fungi products, and the proposed method has high precision for detecting pesticide residue content of edible fungi.Strict control of pesticide residues could effectively improve safety of edible fungi products.
