封闭行星齿轮传动中的齿轮接触非线性分析

摘    要:针对封闭行星齿轮在传动过程中常常发生的轮齿折断、齿面损伤、塑性变形等原因引发生产事故的问题,本文在齿轮设计理论计算后,使用ANSYS分析软件进一步分析其在接触状态下的具体变形部位和应力大小,验证其结构强度和可靠性,并与理论结果对比验证软件分析的正确性.

Abstract:For there are many problems such as break of gear tooth,gear surface damage and plastic deformation which can cause production accidents in closed planet gears transmission,the specific stress and strain of weak part were analyzed with ANSYS after gear theoretical calculation in order to verify their intensity and security,at last the theoretical results and software analysis was compared.
