| 摘 要： | 10-羟基-2-癸烯酸是蜂王浆中所含有的特殊的高效生物活性物质，具有多种抑菌作用。综述了10-羟基-2-癸烯酸的来源、性质、结构、药理、测定方法和生产工艺等内容。对10-羟基-2-癸烯酸研究和开发利用中存在的问题和研究方向进行讨论和展望。

| Abstract: | 10-Hydroxy-z-Decenoic Acid is an especial antibacterial material coming form royal jelly which has effective biologic activation.This paper summarized the origination,character,structure and pharmacological character of 10-Hydroxy-z-Decenoic Acid.and methods for determination.this paper also inclused the productive technology of 10-Hydroxy-z-Decenoic Acid.Based on introducing the situation of utilization, the main problems and the research trend were also discussed and prospected in this article. |
