石羊河流域水资源开发的水土环境效应评价

摘    要:根据石羊河流域的特点,基于定性分析结果初步建立了水资源开发利用的水土环境效应评价指标体系。为客观、准确评价环境效应程度大小,根据模糊数学原理,提出了二级模糊综合评判模型,并对模型中隶属函数的构建和矩阵合成运算分别进行了探讨。结果表明,该水土环境效应综合排序结果与石羊河流域的上下游行政分区一致,从上游到下游,水资源开发引起的环境负面效应急剧增大。

Abstract:Based on qualitative analysis, the appraisal index system of water resources development effect on water_and_soil environment is established according to the characteristics of Shiyang River Basin. In order to get objective and correct appraisal of the water_soil environmental effect, a two_grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is put forward according to the theory of Fuzzy Mathematics, and the methods of the subordinate function constitution and the fuzzy matrix integration calculation are discussed. The results show the level of environmental negative effect of water resources development increases sharply from the upper reaches to the lower reaches in Shiyang River Basin.
