贵州省地道中草药宽叶缬草产业化繁育技术研究

摘    要:针对贵州宽叶缬草现阶段产业开发中存在优良繁育材料的种苗繁育和品种退化问题探索解决方案。从种子选育、根系分蘖分蔸和组织培养诱导愈伤组织3个方面探索宽叶缬草产业开发过程中种苗繁育问题。结果表明,人工棚栽下的种子更有利于种子的萌发,利用适当浓度的NAA处理过的1/4根系可以降低成本;1/2MS+2,4-D0.4mg/L+6-BA8mg/L培养基对愈伤组织的诱导很有利。由此提出了宽叶缬草应尽快建立采种基地,并选择生物学性状较为优良的种群根系作为分蘖分蔸繁殖材料,加强愈伤组织诱导与其次生代谢产物有效成分的研究。

Abstract:To settle the problems existing in seed breeding in the industrial development of Valeriana officinalis L.in Guizhou, seed breeding,root sub -tillering and callus induction were used to explore the breeding technology industry of Valeriana officinalis L.The results showed that it was favourable to seed germination of seeds under greenhouse culture. Cost could be reduced when 1/4 root was treated by proper concentration of NAA.1/2 MS+2,4-D 0.4 mg/L+6-BA 8 mg/L was the optimal medium to induce callus. Thus,th...
