两种生长延缓剂对绿竹矮化作用的研究

以浙江省平阳县南湖乡出笋旺盛期的绿竹为研究对象,采用不同浓度的多效唑(PP333)和比久(B9)两种生长延缓剂,通过喷施和注射两种方法对其进行矮化处理研究。结果表明:(1)不同的处理浓度及施药方法作用效果不同,与对照相比,处理浓度对竹高、枝下高及着叶节指数的影响均达到极显著水平;不同施药方法除对枝下高的影响差异不显著外,对竹高及着叶节指数的影响均差异显著,表现出喷施法的效果优于注射法。(2)药剂的矮化效果并非随着其浓度的增大而增加,浓度过低或过高,都会减弱其对绿竹的矮化效果,其中,PP333对竹高、枝下高及着叶节指数的影响均以浓度800 mg.L-1喷施处理的效果最好,分别达到对照的-62.91%、-49.70%和43.58%;B9对竹高、枝下高及着叶节指数的影响均以浓度2 500 mg.L-1喷施处理的效果最好,分别达到对照的-63.53%、-54.25%和51.46%,由此可以看出,B9对绿竹的作用效果稍好于PP333的作用效果,但是差别不大。

Dwarfing Effect of Two Retardants on Dendrocalamopsis oldhami
