中华山蓼克隆的分子鉴定

摘    要:采用ISSR分子标记对21个中华山蓼克隆进行了鉴定,结果表明:从100个ISSR引物中筛选出8个引物,对21个中华山蓼克隆进行DNA扩增,共扩增出84个清晰条带,其中44条具多态性,平均多态比率为52.4%。共扩增出73种条带类型,其中特异性条带类型为40种。综合分析这些条带类型,可知只要通过8个引物中的3个即可将所有的克隆鉴定出来,表明ISSR技术在分子水平上鉴定中华山蓼的克隆是一种行之有效的方法。

Abstract:Twenty one Oxyria sinensis clones were identified by means of ISSR molecular markers.The results showed that 84 distinguishable bands were amplified using 8 primers,which were selected from a total of 100 ISSR markers.Among them,44 bands were polymorphic and the percentage of polymorphic bands reached 52.4%.Seventy three kinds of band profiles were determined in 21 clones and 40 profiles were specific.Comprehensive analysis of these bands showed that 21 clones could be identified by only three primers: UBC ...
