摘    要:选取国内外112个卷烟样品,采用近红外方法建立其总糖、还原糖和绿原酸含量的近红外模型,并对模型进行外部检验。结果表明,总糖、还原糖和绿原酸预测值的平均相对误差分别为2.06%、2.47%和3.34%;t检验结果表明,样品的预测值与实测值之间无显著性差异。

Determination on Contents of Total Sugar and Reducing Sugar and Chlorogenic Acid in Finished Cigarette by Near-infrared Technique

Abstract:The 112 cigarette samples at home and abroad were chosen for establishing the near-infrared models of their total sugar,reducing sugar and chlorogenic acid contents by near-infrared method,and the external validation was carried out on the models.The results showed that the average relative errors of predicted values of total sugar,reducing sugar and chlorogenic acid were 2.06%,2.47% and 3.34% resp.The results of T-test showed that there was no significant difference between predicted values and determined values of the samples.
