从农业的游憩化与产业化探讨台湾休闲农园之发展

台湾农业的发展由传统生产为主的经营型式逐渐休闲化与产业化,成为具有经济、社会、教育、环保,游憩与文化传承等多元的角色与功能产业,不过,由于台湾的农业以中小农的经营组织与形式为主,在休闲产业的类型及发展上较为独特,未来有赖当局的产业政策与辅导措施、民间对休闲农园的经营管理、市场行销及环境品质的提升以及游客对休闲农业的教育与认知等整合发展,然而,其中也仍存有许多的课题有待探讨与改善。
