摘    要:以盆栽烤烟K326为材料,研究了在不同灌水条件下,烟叶生长发育过程中腺毛腺头形态发育的变化,以及土壤水分对成熟期烟草腺毛基因表达的影响。采用荧光电子显微镜观察腺毛发现:水分胁迫使得腺头细胞正常的生长-成熟-分泌周期缩短。表达谱基因芯片杂交结果:共发现有效差异表达(ratio值≥2或≤0.5)的基因75个,其中上调差异基因47个,主要集中在抗性相关基因15个,碳代谢相关基因7个,功能未知基因10个;下调差异基因28个,主要集中在次生代谢相关基因6个,碳代谢相关基因4个,功能未知基因11个。

Abstract:Taking the flue-cured tobacco K326 potted as experiment materials,under the different irrigation conditions,we studied the morphology development of trichomes,the ultra-structure of the head cell of flue-cured tobacco trichome and the effect of soil water on related gene expression in mature stage.The observation by fluorescence microscopy indicated that:the drought stress shortened the growth-maturity-secretion cycle of trichome head cells.The cDNA micro-array analysis showed that:there were 75 differently expressed genes(with ratio values ≥2 or ≤0.5)in total.Amid them,47 appeared to be up-regulated among which maybe 15 genes were related to defense,7 genes were related to carbolic metabolism processes and 10 genes were function-unknown;other 28 appeared to be down-regulated among which,perhaps,6 genes were related to secondary metabolism,4 genes were related to carbolic metabolism processes and 11 genes were function-unknown.
