基于模糊理论的农机公差优化的研究

摘    要:以公差优化为目标进行加工成本计算是对公差-成本关系进行建模的基础,而面向制造环境的加工因素的处理又是此问题的重点和难点。应用模糊数学原理提出一种在建模中处理成本的模糊化处理方法,从而使公差-成本模型紧密联系具体工艺过程,实例证明此方法可靠、适用。

Abstract:Both the manufacturing precision and the production cost should be considered in the tolerance design of agricultural machinery. So, the calculation of production cost as an objective of tolerance optimization is a key item in the modelling formation of tolerance cost simulation, however, the determination of processing factors based on a certain production conditions is not easy. In this work a fuzzy method for determination of production cost based on the fuzzy theory was put forward in the modelling formation, which made the tolerance cost model correlate with a given processing condition. The results of the simulation proved that the method is simple and effective.
