苹果压缩特性的研究

摘    要:通过苹果的压缩试验,测定和分析了其力-变形曲线的特性。结果表明,压缩时的加载速率与压头型式影响生物屈服力、破裂力与变形量的大小;在一定条件和范围内,苹果硬度与压缩曲线初始区段的斜率线性显著相关,且苹果的机械损伤与其变形量有关。

Abstract:Through the apple compression test,the fore deformation cure was measured and analyzed.The result showed that the loading rate and shape of the indenters had influence on bioyield force and rupture force and deformation values.In a definite condition and scope,there existed a remarkable linear correlation between the apple firmness and slope for the initial stage of compression cure,and a relation between apple mechanical damage and deformation values.
