光照及PEG对两种中草药种子萌发的影响

目的]探索大黄与益母草种子萌发的条件。方法]以益母草与大黄的种子为试材，分剐在光照与黑暗条件下培养，测定光照对种子萌发的影响；以大黄为试材，测定0．1％、0．5％、1．0％、10％、20％的PEG溶液对大黄种子萌发的影响。结果]在光照条件下，益母草与大黄的种子萌发状况较好，萌发率、萌发指数、发芽势、活力指数均高于在黑暗培养条件下的；不同浓度的PEG对大黄种子的萌发的影响不同，PEG浓度越大，大黄种子的萌发率、萌发指数、发芽势、活力指数越低，当PEG浓度为10％时，几乎完全抑制大黄种子的萌发。结论]益母草与大黄种子均为需光性种子；PEG抑制大黄种子的萌发，且浓度越大抑制作用越强。
