摘    要:目的]探索大黄与益母草种子萌发的条件。方法]以益母草与大黄的种子为试材,分剐在光照与黑暗条件下培养,测定光照对种子萌发的影响;以大黄为试材,测定0.1%、0.5%、1.0%、10%、20%的PEG溶液对大黄种子萌发的影响。结果]在光照条件下,益母草与大黄的种子萌发状况较好,萌发率、萌发指数、发芽势、活力指数均高于在黑暗培养条件下的;不同浓度的PEG对大黄种子的萌发的影响不同,PEG浓度越大,大黄种子的萌发率、萌发指数、发芽势、活力指数越低,当PEG浓度为10%时,几乎完全抑制大黄种子的萌发。结论]益母草与大黄种子均为需光性种子;PEG抑制大黄种子的萌发,且浓度越大抑制作用越强。
