后备期营养水平对小母猪繁殖性能的影响

摘    要:本试验选用三月龄雅南小母猪18头,平均分为三组在90—135日龄和135日龄—配种(230日龄左右):高、低水平组分别按比中水平组高或低10%、25%,中水平组按四川标准饲养(按摄入DE计),来研究营养水平对小母猪繁殖性能的影响和验证四川后备母猪饲养标准。结果表明:随营养水平增加,初情体重呈显著地线性增加(P<0.01,r=1.00077),处理间差异显著(p<0.05);高、中、低水平组初情年龄、发情周期和受胎率分别为157.83、154.83、140.83天,19.67、21.77、21.17天和100%、100%、100%,差异皆不显著(P>0.10);后备期90—135日龄、135日龄—配种、90日龄—配种间DE摄入与日增重呈显著正相关(P<0.10),回归方程y1=0.0268X1+4.29(r=+0.999P<0.05)、Y2=0.0394X2+4.27(r=+0.995p<0.10)和Y3=0.0347X3+4.36(r=+0.993p<0.10),可分别根据预期日增重确定四川后备母猪20—30kg,30—50kg和20—50kg阶段DE的需要(其中:X1、X2、X3为预期日增重,单位:克;Y?

Abstract:Eighteen three-month-old Ya-Lan gilts were used to study the effect of nutritional planes on the reproductive performance of gilt. Three. groups were treated with high(H).Medium(M) and Low(L) Nutritional Levels respectively. During 90 to 135 days and 135 to 230 days of gilt, DE intakes of gilts of high or Low group were higher or Lower than those of Medium group's 10% and 25% respectively, but those of the medium group's were given according to The Feeding Criterion of Sichuan Swine. With the nutritional level increasing, the pubertal body's weight increased with linearity significantly(r=1.00077 P<0.01).The pubertal age. the oestous cycle and the conception rate of H.M. and L group were 157.83、154.83、140.83 days(p>0.10), 19.67、21.77、21.17 days(p>0.10) and 100.00%、100. 00%、100.00%(p>0.10)respectively. The correlation between the DE intake and gain of gilt during repubertal period was postive Significantly (p<0.10), Three Linear equations which are Y_1=0.0268x1+4.29 (r=+0.999 p<0.05)、Y_2=0.0394x_2+4.27 (r=+0.995 p<0.10) and y_3=0.0347x_3+4.36 (r=+0.993 p<0.05) were used to determine the DE requirement of gilt during 20 to 30kg、30 to 50kg and 20 to 50 kg body weight respectvely (x_1、x_2、x_3──gain per day, unit: gram;Y_1、Y_2; Y_3──DE requirenment per gilt per day, Unit: MJ). Having been tested by the experiment, the Feeding Criterion of Sichuan Repubertal Gilt is scientific, If the reproductive performanle of L group's during the next period is not decreased,the DE requirement during 90 to 135 days and 135. to 230 days of the gilt's would be decreased by 10% and 25% over that of the criterion.
