| Abstract: | A report is given on a calf with tetralogy of Fallot. This is the most common cyanotic congenital heart lesion in calves. Diagnosis was made by two-dimensional echocardiography and heart catheterisation. Tetralogy of Fallot was confirmed by necropsy. |
