广西壮族自治区岩溶地区石漠化综合治理规划

广西是我国西南地区石漠化最严重的区域之一,具有范围广、程度深、分布区域生态地位重要的特点.经过30年的治理,已形成各种成功的治理模式.石漠化治理要实现分类指导,分类确定治理模式、和技术管理措施,提高综合治理成效,以县级行政区域为单位,进行石漠化综合治理分区,将岩溶地区划分为桂东北山地丘陵治理区、桂中桂南岩溶盆地治理区、桂西北岩溶山地治理区、桂西南岩溶丘陵治理区4个治理区.以小流域为单元,以水为主线,山、水、田、林、路统一规划,通过合理配置植物、工程及农业耕作三大措施,使有限的水土资源得到合理、高效的开发与利用,采取"养殖-沼气-种植"、"山顶林,山腰竹,山脚药果,地上粮,低洼桑"、"植树种草-养殖"生态治理模式,合理利用草地资源和人工育草,发展畜牧业,不仅达到改善生态环境的目的,还要促进群众的生产生活条件的改善.

Planning for comprehensive desertification control in Karst area of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

Guangxi is one of the most serious desertification regions in southwest China and its desertification is featured by wide distribution,deep extent and in important ecological zone.Many successful measures and models were formed in the last 30 years' effort for rock desertification control.Classification guidance is helpful for desertification control and then the selection of control models,technique and management to increase the effect of comprehensive treatment.For the rock desertification control,the Karst area was divided into 4 groups: mountain and hill region in northeast Guangxi,basin region in central-south Guangxi,mountain region in northwest Guangxi and hill region in southwest Guangxi,respectively.Taking the small watershed as a unit and the river as the main rout,the mountain,river,cropland,forest and road were synthetically planned.And then,the plant,engineering project and farming cultivation were combined to effectively utilize limited water resource.And some ecological models,such as "livestock-biogas-crop" model,planting trees at hill peak,bamboos at hill side,fruit at the foot of the hill,corn at ground and mulberry at bottomland,were used to utilize the grassland resources and develop animal husbandry,which also can improve the ecological environment and promote production and living conditions of the people.
