| 摘 要： | 针对林业基本建设财务管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并且就如何加强基本建设财务管理,正确使用林业基本建设资金,充分发挥资金效益,提出了相应的措施。认为加强林业基本建设财务管理是林业基本建设项目管理的重要环节,不仅是健全项目建设单位职能的需要,也是规范基本建设管理,保证投资效益的需要。

| Abstract: | This paper Analyses some problems which exists in the financial management of forestry capital construction,it puts forward the corresponding measures on the ways of reinforcing the financial management of forestry capital construction,using forestry capital construction fund properly and bringing into fund profits play efficiently.The author thinks that reinforcing the financial management of forestry capital construction is the important link of forestry capital construction project management,it is the needs for perfecting project construction unit function,norming capital construction management and ensuring investment profits. |
