黑银杏优良无性系选育研究

摘    要:在对全县银杏种质资源普查的基础上,通过初选、复选和高接栽培对比试验,从297株雌银杏古树中发现并选育出了两个具有药用价值高、结实早、丰产稳产、抗逆性强等特点的黑银杏优良无性系———中银黑1号和中银黑2号。黑银杏种仁中总黄酮含量09mg/kg,叶片中总黄酮含量85g/kg,分别比普通银杏高50%和417%。文中还介绍了黑银杏的优良经济性状、生物学特性和生态学特性。

Abstract:Having investigated all sorts of Ginkgo biloba in Shongxian county, by primary election,Subsequent election and high grafting contrast test, two sorts of Ginkgo biloba superior clone have been chosen.They are not only high medical quality but also outcome early,high and stable yield.They are named black Ⅰ and Ⅱ Ginkgo biloba. Progesterone content in seed kernel and leaves of black Ginkgo biloba is 0 9mg/kg and 8 5g/kg. Progesterone content in seed kernel and leaves of black Ginkgo biloba is more 50% and 41 7% than that of contrast.The aritle also introcluces superior economic character,form characteristic and bioecology property of black Ginkgo biloba.
