我国橡胶树育种目标及发展策略探讨

概述了我国橡胶树育种的发展历程与现状,提出速生、高产、材优、多抗、高抗的橡胶树育种目标。提出重视橡胶树种质资源的创新利用,对种质资源进行改良;采用先进的育种手段,提高选择效率,加快育种进程;选育抗寒砧木品种,提高橡胶树抗寒高产育种水平;加强育种单位之间的协作,提高育种效率;开展异地多点育种,扩大品种适应性等橡胶树育种策略。

Rubber tree breeding: Objectives and development strategies in China

The present paper reviews the current status and developmental efforts for rubber tree breeding in China.The objectives of rubber tree breeding for development of cultivars with fast growth rate,high yield,good quality and multiple resistance against stress are proposed.It has been mentioned that rubber tree germplasm resources should be improved and their utilization should be innovated in order to get high yield cultivars.In order to speed up breeding process advanced breeding techniques and selection methods with high efficiency should be used.A special emphasis on breeding cold-resistance varieties and developing their rootstocks with high yield has also been proposed.Cooperation between breeding units should be strengthened to increase breeding efficiency,and allopatric breeding should be practised to improve its adaptability.
