摘    要:以黄瓜为试材,使用盆栽试验的方法,研究了不同施硅水平对保护地黄瓜光合特性和产量的影响.结果表明:随着硅肥用量的增加,黄瓜叶绿素含量、光合速率、叶片水分利用效率呈先增加后降低的趋势,施硅肥量为125 mg/kg土时,达到最大值;蒸腾速率则呈先降低后增加的趋势.硅肥用量低于100 mg/kg土时,黄瓜产量随着硅肥用量增加呈直线增加趋势,产量增加幅度最大达到10.2%;硅肥用量高于100 mg/kg土时,黄瓜产量表现出降低趋势.

Abstract:The effect of different level of silicon fertilizer on photosynthesis and yield of cucumber in protected field was studied. Pot experiment was conducted. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll, photosynthesis rate, and water use efficiency of the cucumber leaves increased firstly, then decreased with the growing input of silicon fertilizer, and reached the highest at the level of 125 mg/kg silicon fertilizer, where on the contrary, the transpiration rate changed oppositely. The yield of cucumber increased with the growing input of silicon fertilizer when the silicon fertilizer was below 100 mg/kg. The yield of cucumber increased by 10.2%. Meanwhile the yield of cucumber decreased with the growing input of silicon fertilizer when the silicon fertilizer was above 100 mg/kg level.
