摘    要:在水资源利用系统是个典型的复杂系统,该文引入广义信息熵原理对其进行描述,建立了水资源利用系统的结构演化和评价的新模型,同时以北京市水资源利用系统状态和4个直辖市水资源利用状态对比为例给出了应用案例分析。

Abstract:Water resources exploited system is a typical complex system.By introducing generalized information entropy principle,a new model for structural evolution and assessment of water resources exploited system was established.With assessing the state of water resources exploited system in Beijing and comparing the state of water resources exploited system among four municipalities as examples,the application for the framework was conducted.
