| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酸胺凝胶电泳方法对新疆和田地区散存的乌骨鸡血清中乳酸脱氨酶（LDH）同工酶谱进行研究，结果发现：红棕色羽毛乌骨公鸡血清中都发现有三种LDH同工酶。分别为LDH4，LDH3和LDH1，白色羽毛和红棕色羽毛母鸡血清中则都发现有四种LDH同工酶，分别为LDH4，LDH3，LDH2和LDH1。说明LDH在和田乌骨鸡血清的表现上有性别的差异。

| Abstract: | Hetian area in amertra reissneri were analysed, Using the mothod of ploycecrylamicle gel electrophoresis. The results show that therewere three LDH isozymes including LDH4 LDH3 and LDHl in serum of red - hrown feather black bone chicken(male) and fourLDH isozymes including LDH4 LDH3 LDH2 and LDHl in ser-um of cross - white feather black bone chicken(female). All of theevidences inclicated that LDH isozymes was different in sex. |
