| 摘 要： | 针对牛胚胎移植过程中可能遇到的微生物污染及其对胚胎发育的影响，综述了在胚移各个环节上预防污染的方法和措施，包括器具、器材、灌流液，培养液的灭菌，操作环境的消毒处理及工作人员的无菌操作等方面。
