| 摘 要： | 在阐述新平县退耕还林状况的基础上,分析其存在的主要问题,提出了加大宣传力度、加强退耕还林后续产业的发展、建立退耕还林可持续发展长效机制、加强职业技能培训、加快富余劳动力转移、严把检查验收关等实施对策和建议.

| Abstract: | The existing problems related to the implementation of "Grain for Green" Program in Xinping County,Yunnan Province were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and recommendations were put forward,including strengthening publicity,developing successive industries, setting up long-term sustainable development mechanism, promoting professional training, reinforcing the transfer of surplus labors and strengthening quality check,and etc.. |
