摘    要:选择5个玉米杂交种为试验材料,通过砂培育发芽试验研究了新型种衣剂对玉米萌发和幼苗代谢的影响。结果表明:新型种衣剂对玉米种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、叶绿素含量影响差异不显著,说明该种衣剂具有良好的安全性;处理后可增加玉米幼叶蛋白质含量,减少丙二醛积累,提高了过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶活性,从而加快植株的新陈代谢,提高膜系统的稳定性,增加植株的抗逆性。

Abstract:With 5 maize hybrids as experimental material the effects of new seed coating on the seedlings metabolism and germination in sand culture experiments were studied. The results showed that the seed coating had not greatly significant on the maize germination power, germination rate, germination index and the contents of chlorophyll which show the seed coating was safe. It could promote the contents of albumen, decrease the accumulation of MAD, increase the activations of the POD and CAT, which expedite metabolism of plant, enhance stability of membrane system and improve the tolerance to adversity.
