摘    要:对南水北调工程东线源头工程江都一、二抽水站主泵改造作了优化模型,研制了流量大,效率高,汽蚀性能好的新泵型;应用数控技术加工水泵叶片,保证真机性能;对装置特性曲线进行分析,提出了不稳定工况区的新概念,论证了稳定工况区的工作可靠性。

Abstract:The new pump blade with large discharge, high efficiency, good cavitation performance isdesigned for the renovation project of headstream of South-North Water Discharge Project-JiangduNo. 1 and 2 pumping stations. Numerically-controlled milling processing of pump blade is applied. It can ensure the performance of the prototype pump. Based on the analysis of system characteristic curve, the paper bring out the new concept of the unstable mode region and discuss the reliability of the stable mode region.
