| 摘 要： | 江苏省水资源人均占有量 4 60 m3,低于全国平均的 1 /4,而江苏的经济发展一直处于全国前列 ,工农业、生活用水将会急剧增加。从水资源总量平衡方面来看 ,农业用水的负增长是农业可持续发展的必然要求。实施节水灌溉、发展高效用水农业是实现水资源可持续利用乃至全省经济可持续发展的必由之路

| Abstract: | In viewpoint of water resources balance, it is a essential condition of agricultural sustainable development that agricultural water use is decreased. The key extend this strategy lies in development of water saving in agriculture. The features of water resources, present situation of farming irrigation in Jiangsu province was emphatically analyzed and main problems to be solved were also pointed out in this paper. The ways to deal with its problem were discussed systematically. |
