果树抗寒性鉴定─—活体电阻法探讨

摘    要:以山梨、杜梨、南果梨、早酥梨、苹果梨,以及黄海棠、怀来海棠、新疆野苹果为试材,以枝干为样本,在自然条件下用QJZ型便携式惠斯通电桥测定活体电阻值。结果表明:电阻值与测距呈直线正相关;电阻值与温度呈极显著负相关;无论是多年生枝还是一年生枝,电阻值休眠期较生长期大而稳定;多年生枝较一年生枝电阻值小而稳定;多年生枝粗度与电阻值呈负相关;电阻值与树体生长势有负相关趋势;电阻值与树种品种的抗寒性呈正相关。初步认为,活体电阻法可做为苹果树和梨树树体抗寒性的鉴定方法。

Abstract:Some fruit trees grown in the Teaching Orchard of Inner Mongolia Insti-tute of Agriultrue and Animal Husbandry were tested under natural conditions.Electricresistance of branches were measured in vivo using Model QJZ Electric Resistance Me-ter.The results showed that there were linear positive correlation between resistancevalue and measuring distance,and positive correlate between resitance value and cold re-sistance of the tree.There were negative correlation between resistance value and tem-perature,diameter of perennial branch,growing intensity of the branch.Resistance valueis higher and stabler in dormancy period than in growing period,and is lower and stablerfor perennial branches than for annial ones.
